Unlike a lot of people on here i for one would not sell Soucek or Coufal for starters yes they have not played as well as they can at times but Vlad had hernia op and then after 5/6 weeks try to play elite level football come on as for Soucek he IMO was forced to stay back so Dec could become more Prominent in the middle of the park a mistake? well when it takes away a players impact throughout the season then for me yes it was.

Fab and Areola clearly keep both but swap there roles for next season and make Areola our starter......Dawson/Ogbonna keep and rotate Diop needs to liven up a bit there is a decent player in there he just needs to have a bit better self belief and of course kittygate Zouma to me he did not look fit but has played to help the side he is our main man at the back now.

Moyes the wonderful job he has done with our club cannot be questioned but he does need to learn to rotate the players a bit better otherwise we will see the players legs go again during the season....and use some of the younger players dont just sit them on the bench and not make use if only for the last5/10 mins of a match.

Upfront well it has to be Toney his play and style similar to Antonio so Moyes would not need to do much to fit him into the jigsaw.

the middle of the park is a problem..Soucek/Rice the main men but for me Lanzini great as he has been for us needs to move on and Vlasic has to be seen for the mistake that he clearly was a late window panic buy if you will.....will Coventry be given a chance plus another experienced prem midfielder like Maddison who hammergirl mentioned in her posting.

Now is the time for the club to stop saying we are a big club and start acting like one and flex our muscles a bit.....the barcodes will be splashing the cash on all and sundry next season well let them let the statue and progress of our club speak against that show them that we really are Massive.

So lets get out in the market show we mean business and get the players we want no pussyfooting around with lowball bids if the player at the top of Moyes list is available and is interested in the move then get him before others get a chance.

COYI

Time to start lookin for ownership of the stadium ,im sick of being ridiculed by the hub caps and the scum fans " you dont even own your ground ".

Seriously we have so been found out this season mainly due to Moyes's stuborness and also due to a lack of players. Over achieved this season sticking round pegs in square holes so deffo needs changing next season.

purely on my basis that we were fortunate to get some of the points we did in the second half of the season particularly with persevering with Antonio as a striker when the other teams worked out that all they had to do was stick two men on him.

I think we definitely need a new left back, I haven’t rated Cresswell for years as a defender, ok at set pieces but defensively always looks vulnerable.
I think West Ham need new left back, centre back to partner zouma, definitely need a striker if not 2, Antonio is too hot and cold and looks constantly knackered, centre midfield needs back up/ competition for Rice and Soucek. I think Soucek season has been average because he’s adapted his game to suit Rice trying to get forward more, not sure that’s helped Soucek to be honest. To get 6th spot today would be a great season though considering the amount of games and size of squad.

That Soucek is better in front of goal than Declan Rice. Not sure if letting Rice get forward more to satisfy his game play is working for the team myself. As you say, Souceks game has suffered but he's still scored more goals this season than Rice has in his "liberated" role and Rice has only managed 1 in the Prem this season. The other four were in the Euros and KIdderminster. So that plan worked out well...not.
(Edited to add) Conceded more goals this season over last season too

Agree regarding Soucek, think he’s more of a threat in the box than Rice, I think Rice can carry the ball forward better but not sure he’ll ever be a high scoring midfielder whereas Soucek seems to get himself into the right positions

Moyes experiment of switching roles with Rice simply did not work.....get Soucek back to his natural role and more goals will come for sure...but now Moyes willing to listen to offers for Soucek ffs he is losing the plot there IMO

More like having pop at Moyes for swapping the roles Rice and Soucek that played so well the previous season. You don't see Rice hurtling forward for England and thats because its preferable (just like Soucek) to let Phillips get forward more. Rice is a successful defensive midfielder/sweeper, keep it that way. Reminds me of Beckenbauer a bit.
