Apparently irony is not well understood in Holland. LVG today spent much of his press conference, armed with sheets of stats, "proving" that ManU are not long ball merchants! I think the gathered hard nosed journos might not be very kind in reporting his straight-faced pedantic manner when denying Big Sam's tongue in cheek remarks. Find a clip on YouTube, it's very funny! :-)

Seems he about to sign for us and could be available in a couple of weeks. Don't know much about him other than he was a good midfielder for Chelsea and left Moscow last August. Has been training with us for a month now.

As it stands it's Nice to see we are No1 in the fair play table http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/matchday/fair-play.html take note Van Persil ,Marouane Foulaini with your dirty tricks done there best to unsettle tonks he has a broken nose from hair head foulaini

i cant believe there isn't loads on here about the manua game today , if ever there was a match that needed in depth analysis this was it

anyone there ?? looked at it on sky , we should have had them buried beyond hope , typical big Sam sit on a one nil lead ,the sooner he's gone the better , i couldn't believe it when i saw them in the tunnel and Nolan ready to lead them out , he was struggling after 20 mins

Bonjour.

Possibly encouraging news:

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/feb/07/alex-song-west-ham

“We will see at the end of the season,” Song said. “At the moment I am very happy here. My family is happy. The most important thing is happiness. I will see what happens and then I will make my decision at the end of the year.

Song revealed that his wife wanted to return to London when he decided that he needed to leave Barcelona last summer. “She was telling me we have to come to London as well because it was easy for her,” he said. “I said: ‘OK.’ Today she is OK. My boys said to me yesterday: ‘Daddy, I don’t want to leave here. You have to stay.’ They love london. They are very happy here.”

anybody see that match today ? i know its sacrilege to talk about the white fekers on here but are they poxy lucky or what ? , where do they get them , Bale now Kane , i was just wondering what your opinions of him were , to me he's potential genius , he's got it all , deep runs from mid field , a cracking shot , great header of the ball ( which he really showed today ) and can take a beautiful free from outside the box ( yet he's only their number 2 for this ) if he's not the first name woy rights on his team sheet well i'll go to the foot of our stairs , i'd almost compare him with our Carlton lol

Just wondering was our resident film critic, jig ( formerly known as burkie ) going to review the blockbuster film at the moment Fifty shades of Gray and fill us in on all the details. Didn't read the book myself so I haven't a clue. lol
