I really think looking at Bilic and his body language the guy is close to quitting and here's why:
For a manager to openly accuse his players of not training properly simply means their not performing for him and once that happens your on a slippery slope.
I like Bilic and I think most of the West Ham fans feel the same way but he is being let down badly by most of his players who are being paid buckets full of money to play in one of if not the top league in the world, for them not to be training and playing to the best of their ability is an absolute disgrace.
If Bilic is unable to get them to play at the level required then it is time to go.
This guy is being exploited because he is an easy going, maybe we need someone who will kick their overpaid arses and clear out all the dead wood.

The next few weeks up to Christmas will determine if Bilic stays or goes.

Like you say then who comes in? mancini? err no thanks allardyce errrr no but I don't doubt he would have the front to say yes if asked....woy? god no thanks so who would get the job I have no idea....but if the players really are not even doing it in training then they need to take a long hard look at themselves because you cannot call them Professional in that case.

I find it very hard to understand why the players are getting away with these lacklustre performances in training as well as in games. I always imagined Julian Dicks would be a hard task master and wouldn't accept less than 100%. That doesn't appear to be the case though. Bilic has lost that dressing room now and unfortunately we need change. No idea who we would or should get to replace though

Like you say its well known that dicksy wasnt the best trainer...but the bloke was as passionate as they come,so what is his role at westham??we never hear a word about his contribution!
