now the lads signed his new contract lets give him a few starts....we can put him at the back and move kouyate into midfield dropping noble to the bench....make us look a stronger unit IMO.

Hes been injured Ditm, Also lets not move Kouyate in center mid as he cant control a football, Nobles been one of our best players last 2 games and we fall apart when he doesnt play.

One thing I agree on with you - despite Nobles critics, he is the one player we have who is able to receive the ball, keep posession and make a pass... a vital cog in our midfield. when he is not in the side, we suffer

Agree about nobes..

Ive never understood the criticism towards noble...yes he has his faults but he never gives less than 100%....
And all this boll*x about "oh hes a local lad so there must be favouritism"...do me a favour- hes been westham all his life,he hurts like all of us...

Personally I'd do it the other way round keep kouyate in defence and give Oxford more runs in cm or even rb neither position has the pressure on it that centre back has. An 18 year old at centre back! Do me a favour do you want to ruin the boys confidence and career before its started! More games yes, at centre half? NO! Kouyate not. Midfielder. As for mark noble I'm not saying he has been brilliant but there were crucial points in the game when he stopped us capitulating over hull and burnley! He was one of the better players yesterday along with Antonio, and kouyate. Solid games from randy and Reid the rest pretty usless

If you're good enough you're old enough

When he come back from injury I would like to see him given a fair go in the first side. The boy is class and can only improve by playing at the top level.

Our Man Mark

I don't post on here much as I can never log in. Anyway, Mark Noble was and still IS a fantastic player for our club. He shows more commitment to West Ham than a big long list of 'Must try harder' players we have skulking about the dimly lit corridors of this club. Mark Noble also ticks the box called Loyalty which has sadly become a forgotten word. I would like to throw out all the deadwood, keep Mark Noble and start all over again. Also while I'm at it, most importantly, I'd like the powers that be to clear some ground in the East End of London and build our very own 'Boleyn' from scratch, our own ground, OURS. I'm not sure the London Stadium is the way to go. The Mark Noble Stadium?...

Don't get the fuss about

Don't get the fuss about Reece Oxford. Had one good game against Arsenal, who lets face it, weren't exactly on fire, and got slaughtered and subbed in the next game. Yet you all think he's class. Prefer the other Reece myself.Reece Burke

He defo didnt get slaughtered

He defo didnt get slaughtered in that 2nd game and went off with an injury. Played well when he came on against tottenham in our 1-0 win last season played well vs everton aswell. Played well in all but 1 game in the europa. The boys clearly class, just needs game time and to bulk up abit.

He was crap against Everton

He was crap against Everton last season and got ripped a new one by Lukaku then he got subbed at half time. We were a better team in the 2nd half without him. The kid should be learning his trade like Burke on loan. Burke has got better and better and I see him as the next 1st teamers from our youth team next season ahead of Oxford. If Bilic thought that much of Oxford, surely he woulda played him against Accrington Stanley at least

Apart from the 1st goal he was doing fine. He shouldnt have been the one on lukaku in the first place. We didnt win that game because him in particular went off, but more that we went 4231 after starting 5 at the back and we had sakho and carroll both up top

Lukaku woulda switched and targets him knowing he was a lamb to the slaughter. Bilic took him off to save his confidence a bit. Lukaku woulda destroyed him all game!!
So if we won by changing the system from 5 at the back to 4, a defender had to go. Was always gonna be young Reece.
