reshuffle

payet is dead to us now. personally i think its best to just get rid. i know he wins but keeping him in the reserves to rot doesnt benefit us either. i think lanzini can blossom with payet gone anyway. for me the balance in the team wasn't right and yes payet wasn't putting in a shift but id prefer someone like snodgrass coming in for payet and then lanzini made the main playmaker in the side. i believe he's good enough and we also need to add some more tackle in our midfield so snodgrass would bring that plus he can replace payet for free kicks. i hear chelsea will bid for payet….i say take it and try and get a swap for someone like batshitwhatsit. payet will end up on the bench in no time as he's not a conte workhorse and from there he will disappear into the abys of nearly greats.

I cant see the point of keeping him under any circumstances now,if he doesn't want to play for us, sell him for as much money as we can get and move on,its just the way football players and clubs are now,he looked like someone who didn't care,we all knew that, and his performances overall were poor, shame.

is payet only wants to play for Marseille and no other club so if that is the case as is being reported then point out to payet and his agent that unless they come up with £35million minimum then he is going nowhere...he does not want to play/train or have anything to do with us anymore he just wants to be back in Marseille so like I said fine but put up or shut up...£19.1million don't get you anything.

We can get more than 20 mill for him and this is why he is having to sweat on it. The club doesn't need a festering sulk making a bad atmosphere and the funds selling him can be used to improve the team. We all have doubts about the Daves commitment at times making bids of players that get us excited but low enough to make sure it doesn't happen. In this game changer of a situation that we're in now should make them do what needs to be done in the transfer market.
