I thought we would struggle this season,after the signings go through this week i predict a top 8 finish & a good run in one of the cups!!

It mourinho giving HIS board a message about getting players in. If we do get who we think in then 8 th and a cup run should be feasible as long as the new guys don't catch what Carroll and sakho have.

In Hart. Arnautovic is nowhere near worth 23 mill, shades of Ayew overspend here. Zaba......well I suppose we needed a RB but lets face it, this is a freebie short term solution. Chico? Yeah...pleased to see him on board. Should have gone for him when Utd. passed him on. I,m not optimistic and still think Bilic will be gone by Xmas. Hopefully the board will quickly follow him

Than them at the moment? Imo they are a massive step up from last seasons signings,calleri,tore,nordtveit etc...
Yes theres no guarantee that those 3 will be a success,but fingers crossed they will be...as for arnies price,it probably is a lot of money,but looking at the crazy state of the transfer market,25 million doesnt get you much nowadays

I'll be honest these 3 signings so far have not got me excited. I thought we were after a 20 goal a season striker and we end up with another winger that the board will package up as a striker who scored 7 goals in 35 games last season!. Now the plus there is the guy played 35 games last season. not sure Carroll and Sak have managed that between them in the last 3yrs let alone by themselves!!

That's my big worry moore2 the board will address arnie as a striker. We do really need someone else there even if Hernandez signs. Let's face it we would be back to square one if he got injured. Not that is likely to happen

Hey Red, I agree we need another striker alongside Hernandez. Great that he's signed but we cannot rely on the current crocks we have to be backups. One thing we'll find out for sure is whether we are really cursed. The little pea has a very good track record of no injuries so should he get crocked, well we'll be really f****d!

I think Hart and Hernandez are two great signings, Zabaleta player of great experience, Arnautovic never impressed me and cost a lot of money, too many. However I do not say we can fight for the title But we could be among the favorites for FA Cup
