So i called the call centre at 9am on the dot this morning and found that I was 79th in line with an estimated wait time of 2 minutes, fine I thought...
Sitting here 20 minutes later and now caller number '55' and with a 5 minute wait time? How can you not have enough staff when people are trying to give the club even more money??? Absolute joke and I am fuming! Anyone else experiencing this nightmare?

Just returned home from Upton Park
So I finally managed to get the additional ticket but it's cost me an extra £30/40 in phone calls and travel. I got a £10 voucher for the shop, a woolly hat and a key ring....blankety blank comes to mind....

I admire you mate. It's not easy financially, especially when your watched so many losses and draws for half a season. I didn't renew this year and will wait to see what happens in the summer, though my money is on him staying. It's my son I feel sorry for the most, he's an ardent hammer but even at the age of 10 can't understand the constant wrong selections. Try telling him that sticking with Allardyce guarantees prem survival. He couldn't give a toss just wants to see us play our best players and try and win. Poor deluded child.
Oliver feels the same mate
He was completely hacked off leaving the last home game after Stoke equalized but he said 'we didn't deserve a result and this is due to Allardyce and his decisions'. He gets it and he's 12 years of age and I only do it for him.
