Day off today so I thought I'd throw out a bit of a debate & this one should divide opinion!!
My thoughts - he looks a bloody good manager, very unlucky yesterday & has turned derby into a force to be reckoned with imo.certainly not every westham fans cup of tea,but i always thought the more stick he got the better he played against us!!i reckon that was his old mans influence, cos senior was westham through & through & the stick his son got must of hurt him.anyway I reckon he will be certs as Chelsea manager, what are your thoughts people on him becoming westham manager one day??now I'm going to hide behind the settee!!;)

I understand where you are coming from 65,we are talking West Ham people here, and it was a shame when he left along with his Father under a black cloud,Harry aswell, though he pissed me off when he went to Spurs, but I don't think Harry had the loyalty,as I feel Frank senior had,and yes it must be upsetting for him,but i think Frank Junior only has eyes for Chelsea now where he is idolized.

And always will..to my mind yesterday he cocked it up by playing to conservatively and only when the game was up did he change it and go a bit more direct...he did the same in first leg against Leeds lost but changed that and went for it in the second leg and his team rewarded him with a fantastic display and a win...so he is still learning as a manager but if chelski wanna make him and J.T. there dream team i hope they do because they will crash and burn..As for managing us i dont think so IMO the civil war that will break out on the terraces make it a no go.

i think next season will be the one to judge him as a manager as a lot of derby players were on loan deals and a few of the others are out of contract so now the hard work will begin

I would take him at West Ham, I think hes got a lot to offer. We discussed this the other day with mates. One said that if he was successful Chelsea would take him immediately. One good successful season... uuummm, I would take that!

I was always a fan of the guy, as a kid he was hard working and scored some great goals for us. I didnt get the nepotism, i thought he deserve his place and he sure wasnt fat!

I agree with dicksy he's finding his feet, but he does have derby playing some nice football,When I watched how he battered leeds I thought f*ck me every thing that bloke touches turns to gold, but if i'm honest I didn't want him to win that game, but I do think he overdone the celebrations after, anyone would have thought they were promoted,i know his goalie dropped clanger right at the start but on his team selection this was a one off chance to get to the Prem I would have started marriot v Villa he was mustard v leeds.

I think it is too soon for him 65,if he dosent come up to the expectations,he wont be thought of in the way he is hero worshipped there now,and will end up managing club to club,in the likes of someone like Warnock, winning Fack All.If he would of stayed with us he would of been a legend, cant see him coming our way again.

im very sorry to hear he got the job, would have liked him at West Ham. I think he will be given time, more time than an outsider and will prove to be a top manager. Cant see them in the Top 4 next season not with a transfer embargo and the loss of Hazard.
