All these years i have been trying different diets how stupid was i if only i had realised the Andrex Pasta Rice Diet it seems very popular in my part of the world:-)...of course i would like to point out to others(millenials mainly)that Pasta from Italy and Rice from China mmmmm i wonder what links those two foodstuffs!

Reminded me of last night,some bloke walked past our lounge window with a pack of bog rolls...my missus said "quick get him in a head lock & I'll pinch the rolls!!"
