I was in favour of var at first ,but now all its done is make jerks of the ref and the linesman ,i know its nothing to do with var but the new offside rule where the linesman doesn't put up his flag untill the player in question actually touches the ball is just bloody stupid

Whilst I kind of agree Burkie the fact that the VAR is an actual referee in front of a screen and still can't get the bloody decision right show's how effing stupid they are. Basically they make themselves look like jerks with the decisions they make.

Unless what your saying is ,if the player who was offside touches the ball before the player who was onside then the player who was offside could claim to be onside ,therefore the goal would be aloud because the player who was offside was really onside because the the offside rule is now the onside rule because the linesman by not putting up the flag untill the player in question is deemed offside by default and the goal can stand because VAR have to have a look at it thereby inferring the player was offside .???
