OK, as we come to the end of yet another 2 week International break. It's been bugging me for a while now.

Theres something missing in football. No, it's not the fans and it's not as a result of lockdown either although come February/March people might associate the two.

Where have all the bog rolls gone? You just don't see them anymore on the pitch. I remember Gary Sprake in the 70's with an avalanche of them behind his goal. In fact part of being a good keeper back then, was the ability to get them off the pitch. I can remember people taking corners and hoards of them being lobbed from the terraces.

You dont get white dogshit anymore,apart from a few responsible dog owners theres a lot more who dont bag up!! Round my way you have to play hopscotch whenever out for a walk....
Also regarding the lack of bog rolls thrown on the pitch,didnt it stop when the crowd starting singing "you're Shittaahh!!" when the goalie ran up for a kick??

I've seen lots of plastic bags hanging off the branches of trees in my local park some about 25-35 foot up ? and the council have even put poo bins around still while its hanging in the trees is not traveling up your jeans when you make a sliding tackle :-)

Had a staffie for 16 years,passed away about 3 years ago we were gutted....got a great replacement though,german shepherd ( rescued dog) nervous as hell when we first got her,though didnt take long to get over that...shes good as gold!! Eats a fair bit of grass though & her ponys are like Portuguese men of war!!;)
