Ah yes, the old white dog shite, conkers and stray dogs chasing you, jumping on the back of milk floats. Getting up at 4am sneaking out to nick the Mothers Pride delivery of bread to Knowles the Bakers, How we laughed......

I used to love playing knockdown ginger in the flats. We used to ring everyone's bell on the same floor then hide in the stairwell. Even moved a pair of wellies once from outside one door to the door opposite. That was funny when they both came out........HaHa

I always fancied that girl in Double Deckers not the one with the stupid soft bear thing, the other one. Mind you I even fancied Daphne off Scooby Doo, yes I know she was a cartoon, I was only 10.......Help!!

Me dad buying me a Man Utd kit and me wearing it in the local street game at the age of about 8 or 9. There's me holding onto the ball on the grass verge bit and someone takes me out big time and I land in a big pile of dog shite....and everyone loves the fact and I'm given my first ever nickname of 'shitty'. Not a memory I'm proud of but more real than the BS you get today me thinks.
