Player exodus

Lots of talk about various players not happy and wanting out, the latest being Emerson, so he’s added to the list of Fulkrug, Alvarez, Kudus, Paqueta and I imagine Todibo.
I think there are ways to go about leaving a club, I think Declan Rice showed a lot of class whereas I don’t think any from that list have shown any professionalism, at the end of the day it’s not acceptable to show disrespect to the manager regardless of whether you believe what he’s saying or not, for whatever faults Lopetegui has I don’t think he’s weak and he’s been strong enough to leave players out when they’re not performing, and if you believe what’s being written then some players are giving ultimatums of either Lopetegui goes or they do, modern football and social media I guess but makes you think West Ham would be better off without them anyway.

They need to look in the mirror and instead of whining they need to understand that they are just as much to blame as the manager as they are the ones on the pitch not producing the goods....And as many seem to be pissed of with Loppy and not afraid to have a pop why not be constructive and say it's not working the way you want it boss lets try something different but naa they just happy to whine and push for moves.

Agree 100%, and I don’t think any of them have the right attitude for a top club, I’d sell them now and get some decent money whilst they can

Got to say bike you've changed your tune a bit on Lopy ,you and boogers were the most vociferous on here about him ,now it looks like your blaming the players ,I like most west ham fans are perturbed by the way thing seem to be goin but you've got to understand the massive gap we have within the club ,as I already said ,imo Kudus is light years ahead of anyone in the prem ,he's a little diamond , also just below him I think WBS ,Somerville (who can't even get a start) Solar ,Bows and Todi are trying to show how good they are, but it's hugely frustrating when you have to play with are championship players at best .
I always said I'd give him till christmas ,but recently, specially with what keeps happening to Somerville and Todi I'm solidly in the camp of the outers.
It's a bit like if you work as a master tradesman and cowboys come along with shite work that you get the blame for on a constant basis, you'd be pissed off as well ,even when we played Moyesball it used to come off now and again but recently you can feel the tension from the word go ,all I see in the faces of these players is " what the fuck am I doin here " and I don't blame them one bit ,
I look at other games and I see cohesion even companionship ,like Wolves ,leister and Forrest ,sure they maynot have the best players but they sure know how to play together .
Get rid of this chancer, he don't know what he's doin .

All i said was the players are as much to blame as he is.....yes he picks the side yes he sets the tactics(allegedly)But the players need to put them into practice and as none of it has worked then it is up to the players to talk to the manager about it and hopefully get him to try something different instead they sulk on the pitch and put up no fight...yesterdays stuffing against the bindippers case in point the manager picked a shit team and system and the players were like mehhh why even bother and they did just that apart from Kudus who was basically showing his skills in a hope someone will buy him in January.

From the board to the players and yes even the fans everything is just shit.board do not care players not bothered and fans only turning up out of habit and not caring enough to give the players a rollicking the manager a rollicking or even giving the dwarf and his cohorts a rollicking...and you just get no atmosphere in the ground because people cannot be arsed to cheer anymore because there is nothing worth cheering.

Agreed. Kudus, Pacqueta, Alvarez, Todibo, All whinging. Let them go, no need for big time charlies at the club. Thought Soler showed how it should be done last night when he got the hook. No petulance or expression, or raised eyebrows. Just accepted the change.

Up yer arse, up yer arse, stick yer blue flag up yer arse!!

Absolutely, I’d have taken off Kudus earlier, I thought he was poor again last night, may as well move him on to Arsenal, get some decent money and watch him warm the bench because I think his attitude is crap.
Thought Soler had another good game last night, put him a decent midfield and he’d be a great player

Are the ones who fight to wear the shirt but sadly there are many mercenaries who just see the shirt as a way to get to the next clubs shirt on bigger wages

Especially when new managers come in, been an issues since as long as I can remember.
I'm going to defend Kudus because he's been shunted out to the left which is not his game. I know Moyes somehow integrated Kudus and Bowen down the right together but my personal opinion is that you can't play the two together and Somerville should be first choice on the left.
Can't remember the last time we had a decent enough squad to have viable options on the bench, a problem most managers would love. How they deal with that issue is how they get a harmonious squad and he obviously isn't dealing with the Kudus/Somerville situation to their satisfaction. Same goes for Paqueta, who incidentally, his game has deteriorated along with his talent for receiving cards

But all this fight for the shirt stuff? No modern player cares about anything other than their pay packet. Sometimes that manifests itself in them claiming they want euro football, but that just means they want to bump up their pay

The days of players actually caring about fans and shirts are long gone.

I don’t think they need to fight for the shirt but I think they need to be professional and do some work for the wage their earning, just like the rest of us, if we behaved like some of them have this season we’d get the bullet
