formation

does anyone have an idea from the matches so far what sort of formation bilic is trying to implement? is it a diamond with payet or is it one up front a 3 behind? haven't seen any matches so far so wanted to know what to expect against arsenal.

The Premier League conundrum

If we want to stay in the Europa Cup we will need to take a strong team to Romania. Can we afford to play our strongest 11 against Astra, do we save our strongest 11 for the Arsenal game... or do we try to mix and match and create 2 teams, with perhaps 3 of our most important players playing 60 minutes in each game, and perhaps a few (like Adrian) playing full games in both fixtures?

What do people think, especially as we didn't even get a single point against Arsenal over the last 5 or 6 years!

Come on people what were you expecting - perfection overnight? We have a new boss pationate for the club, new players who so far are looking good (I know new goalkeeper looks a it suspect but so did Adrian when he started.) Payet is exciting and the youngsters are doing a good job when asked to play. Yes we have the drudges from the BFS days but I'm sure there playing time will diminish as the new players come on board and everyone gets fit. Last nights performance was just typical West Ham , we are used to it. I for one have faith in Billic and we have plenty of time before the end of the transfer window to get a few more players in. I'm excited about this season. Come on everyone the future is bright the future is Claret and Blue West Ham style. COYI.......!

As the new season started a few weeks later my love for the West Ham has been with me ever since I was that little 4 year old....Up the hammers...

It's pretty obvious who this is and I just wonder if he was drinking sensibly and thinking about how the body mends itself by using the food and drink he consumes to change into protiens, fatty acids etc, to create flexible tendons around that injured knee of his rather than McDonalds junk food, take away's and copious amounts of beer that ensures he will create fragile calcium around his knee instead and suffer yet another injury as soon as he makes his eventual return around Christmas (as I still predict) ?
