Not to put a downer on West Ham United's prolific recent transfer activity, but being West Ham, the fact that the club have already announced that there was a transfer agreement in place despite the player not having passed a medical nor more importantly having agreed personal terms is more than worrying! Having seen victory snatched from the club's clutches with regard to numerous other transfer activities in the past, the West Ham United hierarchy will be on baited breath when Hernandez flies in to London on tuesday, but will their hands be tied? Having already announced a deal that has prematurely been acknowledged as an astonishing piece of West Ham United business by the global media, what if Hernandez's representatives suddenly demand £280,000 per week instead of £140,000? Whoah, how could the numbers add up in what is a crazy transfer world?
Not signing Hernandez would be almost catastrophic, it is to be hoped that the dreadful bad luck, ney curse the club has had in the past when it comes to signing strikers who actually refuse to sign or who instantly get injured on their debut will finally be laid to rest! We could go on about the Mexican Day of The Dead but that would be spurious, let's just hope the deal can be got over the line. - Ed

Its the most peculiar tranfer
Its the most peculiar tranfer in the history of transfers ,everyone goin round clapping you on the back saying things like "well done you guys great capture "and "the best piece of tranfer work in yours history "when he hasn't even had a med yet ,if this goes tits up i swear I'll do somthing drastic ,i might even take the Driscoll brothers off my Christmas card list
Not signing Hernandez would be almost catastrophic?
sorry Ed I dont agree. I think the finances are sorted, the guy gets the medical and if all good he signs particularly as the Leverkussen bridge is burnt, but, if he doesn't.... Its still early enough to go fishing in other ponds like Stamford Bridge where Batshuayi will continue to play second fiddle!
Think the fee and wages are
Think the fee and wages are done but for everyone to carry on like it is signed sealed and delivered suggests they don't know West Ham at all! Remember when benayoun wa annouced on the website as signing a new contract only to be annouced as liverpools new signing a few days later?
Hernandez is in London
Confirmed that he has arrived in London. The only club that can hijack the deal are the Spuds. They need an additional striker as Jansen has been a flop who they could offload during this transfer window. Otherwise, we can look forward to this "Little Pea" to move the club forward. The club might get rid of Sakho who does not seem to be very pleased, ever since West Ham have been trying to add a big striker to the squad, although he has been clapped out for most of last season.
Hernandez..
Has passed his medical, announcement is imminent...so stop panicking!!;)
