Time for the FA to Stand Up?

Ok, so with the replay now to be arranged on top of already re-arranged fixtures due to our run in the cup, we're facing a bit of a fixture pile up due to dates being unavailable. Unavailable? That's right. Due to UEFA rules that domestic games inc cup games are not to be played on night's when Champion's League and Europa League games are on, more fixtures have to be squeezed in to a shrinking schedule due to the insistence that all games finish on the same day in the PL.
Surely it's time the FA did something here, after all the Champions League only looks after the so called "Elite' clubs and really has no care for the also rans so why shouldn't these games be played at the same time. I have no interest in watching CL games. Don't care about the team's involved, results or the attitude amongst these teams that they're better than everyone else and therefore have the right to do as they pease at the expense of everyone else!
In forcing fans to watch the"fare" on offer rather than the excitement of the domestic campaign shows how little fans are regarded and with successful fan showing's recently in getting ticket prices reduced surely holding us all hostage to Euro games is yet another example of the powers that be pissing on the little man.
I'd much rather watch Leicester v Stoke rather than real Madrid v Genk as it has a bearing on where West Ham end up.

Should domestic leagues take a stand and demand that with the ever increasing number of Internationals and expanding European competitions that they're allowed to run their business to the best of their ability rather than be hindered by Euro bearucrats who cater only for the super rich to be honest?

I'd rather see a domestic game than a European. This so called super league could fail miserably if I'm not the only one. Obviously I want West Ham to do as well as they can, but I'd rather watch a fa cup run than a champions league run. It really is ridiculous that teams not involved in Europe are unable to use those dates to catch up with their back log of fixtures. Sounds like they are sh1t scared their so called top competition might get over shadowed by domestic games!

It shows a lack of understanding of a fan of football. It's not just the love of the game it's combined with a territorial love of an individual team, born from place of birth, inherited by family passed down from generation to generation. Our world of football is different to all of us, for some out it really is our blood, but with the reality of life, family obligations, kids, work and travel, not to mention access to some of the games as they have been carved up into financial segments, eg I have not been able to see any west ham FA Cup games here in the US. While all fans have this individual world allocated to football, our worlds do cross over to allow similarities. I would like to have the time to watch European football from time to time but I have to priorities my actions, eg I could stay up late and watch a Euro game but my chances of getting laid that night diminish. I have four hours when I get home from work that, like many of us is not really our time if we are to be good husbands and dads. My point being that I agree with Moore as game scheduling should only be a problem if you are actually in the competition, and it's not rocket science that we don't want to nor can we watch every kick of every game.
