Getting knocked out early? None of those recalled have been pulling up any trees and the one youth player I'd deffo like to see given a run is Emmanuel Longelo who HASN'T been recalled sadly. Think Ashby should be given a run out too but that's it as far as trying out younger players goes. Wouldn't mind a decent cup run myself and a try at 4-4-2
it would get them experiance of first team football and they will learn from playing against a very good side, young is what is needed and there is some of it
Can't see Brentford putting out a full first team to be honest in which case it would be a pointless exercise. Besides, we played the youngsters in a dead rubber first team game in a Europa game and then promptly put them all back in the cupboard to be never heard of again
Start putting youngsters in gradually, not too many at once, what we need now is experience to dig us out of a hole, now isnt the time for experimenting,we will get mullered.
Exactly mate,a shame i know,i want to see us win something but its not going to be this season,FA Cup will only stretch us to the limit,we still have the Euro Conference crap to deal with yet,the league needs sorting first, with experience players working together,if they can or allowed to.

Sadly a cup run is irrelevant
