Scarles, plus Casey on the bench and Guilherme, Fabs number 1. I'm liking this...

PS, don't think much of their chances with Chris Kamara playing....

Slick, quick passing and a crisp finish by Paquetta. I like the set up. It’s early days but the defence looks more solid.

I don't think Loputegui had them fit judging by the hamstring situation.

Amazing what happens when uou play players in correct positions and manager that wants to move the ball forward instead of sideways and back. Look like we really want it for first time this season

Players want to play. Summer ville given proper role, kudus license to roam. Paqueta interested n hungry.

Early days but potter is miles better than lop. The tempo n pressing alone.

But you have to defend properly once its given....Pacman did well in first half but reverted to type as in falling over hoping for free kick every time

There were some positives, looked better in the first half, unlucky to concede from the corner that wasn’t but looked very shaky afterwards, still think we need a decent centre back and definitely a striker, Ings shouldn’t be anywhere near the Premier League

Gutted, but to be fair. Just a few hrs if that at training. I think that was a fair showing, all things considered. Potter will have learnt a lot from that. Mainly these lot are not fit enough for a start. Lopotegui has a lot to answer for the Spanish klint...

Have to add that pacqueta is an embarrassment though!

You’re right about Paqueta, fell down for their goal and embarrassed himself by doing it a few times more, shame really because he had a decent first half.
Scarles was excellent, hope he gets plenty of chances to prove himself

Like I said. It's fitness Harry. Hamstrings pinging over stretching. Players blowing out there arses. Defensive drills, He'll sort it out..

Now he's got something to get his teeth into good and proper.

Our problem is weak players ,2 or 3 of them ,I think your wronge about Pac ,he was all over the place in the 1st , as usual we took our foot off the pedal and it showed ,I'm pretty sure Kudo is gone ,he was very unconcerned tonight ,couple of nice runs but not a patch of the player he was ,reckon he's Anfield bound .

Burkie 1

We all thought Summerville would be on the left but he was on the right side and before the hamstring scare that got him subbed at Ht he looked very good indeed so food for thought there if funds are short....of course it leads to that problematic left side midfielder because Pac certainly is not the answer there.

He did have a good 1st half Burkie you're right. I was impressed. But chucking himself around particularly on the corner that never was. No place at West Ham for that! I thought he'd stopped all that shit!

Im more than confident that this will come good,to see Potter in the dugout gave me hope and felt right,if it wasnt for the false corner we would of held on,problem is still a striker,Fulkrig is Championship at best, the team in the first half was the best they have played this season,Summerville and Scarles were top stuff, this team will flourish with Potter,i dont care we lost,as there are good times coming here youll see COYI.

Championship at best. Oh boy if only I could put a hysterical laughing emojis to that ridiculous comment. A German, full international with 14 goals in 22 games in International competition and I won't even go into his club goalscoring record.

I dont care what hes done else where,he hasnt done much with us,if he had we would be better, hes been crocked most of the time,if i remember i think you was one of them Haller followers, another bloke who supposedly did wonders else where, useless with us.

It's bit unfair. Being injured isn't his fault.

You strike me essex as the sort of hammer follower that would only be happy if all the players were Brits ,whatever his record he is 10 times better than Ings , he is an absolute embarrassment.

Burkie 1

No he isnt 10 times better, they are both as crap as one another, ive never rated Ings,he had seen better days before he came to us,thats why i stated the other night,in a post that within the best performance this season we still have a striker problem.
