but I really doubt he's the only one. What we don't know about the deals being done -- I suspect most of us don't want to know, ever. When SA says, "you can't go there?", I guess he means you can't say these things explicitly, and when he talks about going to Singapore or Hong Kong with a [fake] itinerary, I guess he means that some other "business" can be done there. But I'm just guessing ...

Pimp my ride, pimp my moody Rolex, pimp myself out for £400,000. Allardyce is nothing more than another football mercenary.......Oh, who wears moody watches (and gets them nicked)..

I don't see what he has done wrong. He clearly states that it must be cleared by the FA and nowhere is any money transferred so it looks like just a poor piece of "investigative" journalism more associated with mucky red tops than a respected broadsheet.

As if they would put all the details of his dodgey advice in the contract? He is England Manager and should so respect not talk about how to get round the system with his agent sitting their rubbing his hands! He is paid a big fat salary and has a prestigious position so why can't he respect that? And once a schemer always a schemer just look at Wikipedia to remind us of previous allegations:

Corruption allegations
Main article: 2006 English football corruption investigation
On 19 September 2006, Allardyce, and his son, Craig, were implicated in a BBC Panorama documentary, Undercover: Football's Dirty Secrets, which alleged that he had taken "bungs" (bribes) from agents for signing certain players. Two agents, Teni Yerima and Peter Harrison, were secretly filmed, each separately claiming that they had paid Allardyce through his son. Allardyce denies ever taking, or asking for, a "bung".[199] Others implicated of wrongdoing were Harry Redknapp, Kevin Bond, and Frank Arnesen.[200] As a result of the allegation, Allardyce refused to speak to the BBC.[201] While he also stated he was going to sue the broadcaster to clear his name,[202] Allardyce failed to issue libel proceedings as he was advised that suing for damage to reputation was a costly and time-consuming process.[203] The final report of the Stevens inquiry published in June 2007 expressed concerns regarding the involvement of Craig Allardyce in a number of transactions, stating that: "The inquiry remains concerned at the conflict of interest that it believes existed between Craig Allardyce, his father Sam Allardyce—the then manager at Bolton—and the club itself."[204] Allardyce stated that the inquiry was a public relations exercise and that the conclusion of a "conflict of interest" was "innuendo, without any facts".[205]

In January 2013, Allardyce received "substantial", but undisclosed, damages from former Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean. In 2011, Kean had been recorded in a bar in Hong Kong falsely alleging that Allardyce had been sacked from his post at Blackburn Rovers because he was a crook.[206]

In February 2014, Daniel Taylor, chief football writer for The Guardian and The Observer, wrote that West Ham player and England prospect Ravel Morrison felt he had come "under considerable pressure" from Allardyce to sign up with football agent Mark Curtis, who represents Allardyce himself and a number of other West Ham players, including Kevin Nolan, James Tomkins, Jack Collison, Matt Jarvis, Andy Carroll, and Jussi Jääskeläinen.[207] Agent Curtis had been charged and eventually cleared by the Football Association during the 2008 investigation into Luton Town's illegal transfer dealings.[207] Curtis responded to the allegations by saying it is "nonsense", while Allardyce talked of Morrison complaining about "a groin injury" while the club's medical staff could find "no problem",[207] and made a reference to the player's "disciplinary issues in the past."[208] Morrison was eventually loaned out to Championship side Queens Park Rangers for the remainder of the 2013–14 season.[209]

He's a wind up merchant mate. Everyone knows Allardyce and his son had it away with signing all the players up at West Ham when he was their. The man's arrogance is his downfall. He's finally go the job he always wanted but once a thief, always a thief, he can't help himself.

If you believe some stories, Slav has 3 games to turn it around. If so and if he doesn't, who replaces him? Consider the Dave's paying a compensation fee before answering

Didn't do anything wrong? He promoted cheating didn't he? Id say with his employers being the fa it's gross misconduct. Anyone who touches him now will be raked thro the mud at every turn. Press will be looking at everything he is and was involved in to uncover anything shady. This mans arrogance surpasses his ability by a country mile!

The England Manager has to whiter than white. Squeaky clean, big and fat is clearly optional - Cant believe he was so naive no sympathy after all, who calls Roy Woy?

The Telegraph have been asked by the FA to let them know who else is implicated before inviting several British Managers for interview.................it appears only Southgate was clean and almost all of the current British born managers in the Premiership are all on the Telegraphs list!!! (six more apparently past and present)
Don't you just love it !!!!!

Shouldn't he have offered to disclose to the FA who the shady agents were? Would have been able to cover his BFA a bit and maybe save his job. Probably would have had to implicate his own agent though.
