Just seen the Twitter video of David gold being abused by so called Fans outside swansea yesterday...what the hell is wrong with people he's an 82yr old man does it make you feel good to swear and abuse this man? yes he and his fellow chairmen and Brady are to blame for what is going on at the club but for gods sake if you are that angry don't go don't spend your hard earned cash go on the protest march that will hurt them more than just abusing a pensioner by the roadside because then you morons are dragging the decent west ham support who are equally frustrated at what is happening down into the gutter along with you and oh how the press are going to love this drama yet again...

Blame the players

Yet another weekend ruined by an inept pathetic weak performance from a bunch of players who think they are way better than they are...i dont care it was moyes who picked the team and set the side up how to play its easy to have a go at him but it is up to the players to implement the managers ideas and they simply do not have a clue...walking around bleating yet again a goal down in 8 mins against a relegation rival is a disgrace.....all week we new this was a massive game and you have to be at it from the start not at 4.30pm but at 3pm when it kicks off...to many times under bilic and now moyes the players seem to think they can coast along in matches well you can't and it has been proved time and again this season but the players just do not get it or understand talk about a bunch of thick pr**ks...Don't worry we have stoke/southampton/burnley/everton to play at home so we will be alright that seems to me the attitude and mentality going on at the club right now well everton stuffed us southampton beat us burnley drew with us and god knows what happened but we beat stoke away miracle!....but a team that gets well beaten by swansea/brighton/newcastle cannot rely on the premise we're at home so we will win..pffff..if we stay up someone needs to get hold of sullivan and co and show them what happened at villa and sunderland (when proper investment in the team is not carried out) will most certainly be our fate if huge investment is not implemented in the summer....the entire defence needs ditching IMO Reid is way overrated ogbonna blows hot and cold zabs to old cressy thinks he's world class he's not! collins is past it Rice needs help maturing....so a major overhaul in defence has been a long time coming so theres £60million minimum to start with....obiang/kouyate/noble all need to be replaced so getting 3 decent midfielders in is going to cost say £80 million and of course strikers even if hernandez stayed unless you play to that mans strengths he is a square peg in a round hole....so you could say £40 million on two other strikers so just shy of £200million needs spending IMO and we all no that will never ever happen so it will be freebies and loans once more with the usual excuses to follow.....Burnley next week and yeah we may win it but just papering over the cracks as ever same old west ham.

No March In March

nevillenixon's picture
Submitted by nevillenixon on Fri, 02/03/2018 - 11:31

Having not been contacted by the Real West Ham Fans Action Group about their march planned for Saturday the 10th of March, it should be of no concern to us at the Org that it has been postponed. The proposed march divided opinion among many 'non-verbal' Hammers' fans, with some feeling that the demonstration ahead of a crucial Premier League survival game would play in to the oppositions hands by creating an air of negativity which with the best will in the world would almost invariably have a bad effect on the playing staff.

Perhaps the time to demonstrate is when the club has confirmed it's Premier League status, which we believe it will under the guidance of David Moyes. There is useful ammunition for disgruntled supporters however, the lower priced season tickets which were sold initially on a two year basis will all be up for renewal next season and it is surely then that real pressure can be put on the board to honour their broken promises and listen to fans. Divide and prosper is often the name of the game when trying to break down an opponent and it appears the board have managed to do just that!

"To clarify, Knees up Mother Brown, along with all other groups who have participated in recent negotiations with the club under the West Ham Groups United banner were informed of this decision a few minutes before the ActionGroup announced their plans publicly, the news has disappointed many supporters who were preparing to take to the streets of Stratford next weekend in order to seek a better, brighter future for their football club. We at KUMB.com, who fought to deliver a better West Ham United for all of our supporters during those exchanges share that disappointment. For the record, the decision to abort the march was taken solely by the RWHFAG - which is of course their prerogative, given that the march had been arranged under their banner. As far as we are aware, none of the members of WHGU were consulted before this decision was reached (WHUISA and Hammers Chat have already confirmed they were not involved)."

The principal is very very simple, meet the protagonists, find their weak link or links and then exploit their differences, job done! The Real West Ham Fans Action Group adopted a Churchillian approach to taking on the West Ham United hierarchy, there intransigence could not be guaranteed which is why an impasse has been reached, and the fall out among fellow supporters begins.

The saving grace regarding the cancellation of the March in March is that the £20,000 plus 'war chest' is to be donated to a really deserving cause, the Isla Fund. Apart from this wonderful benefit what has the 'agitation' achieved? Well, plenty actually, the thought that thousands of fans were able and willing to come together in order to protest will have scared the comfortable hell out of David Sullivan, David Gold and Baroness Brady, their 'hearing' and 'vision' of the club's supporters will definitely be more focused, if they were under any illusions as to the extent of normal fans displeasure their eyes will now be well and truly opened!

Between now and the end of the season fans have just got to make the best of a bad job and get right behind the team until top flight safety is attained, then and only then should 'disruptive action be countenanced, this proposed lack of action should not be seen as an admission of defeat to the owners, rather a warning that there is a lot of collective 'powder' dry! - Ed

More West Ham Fixtures Rearranged During Crucial Run In

nevillenixon's picture
Submitted by nevillenixon on Wed, 28/02/2018 - 09:55

Once again a raft of crucial West Ham United fixtures are due to be changed by Sky TV broadcasters, all four of Hammers' Premier League fixtures in April have been rearranged. The game away at Chelsea will now be shown on Sky Sports on Sunday the 8th of April, with a 4.30pm kick-off, however this fixture is subject to change should the Stamford Bridge outfit be in UEFA Champions League action the following Tuesday.

The home match against Stoke City has been moved to an 8pm kick off on Monday the 16th of April, and the following week on the 23rd of April the match against Arsenal has been switched to a Monday night 8pm slot, and if that is not enough of a disruption then Sky Sports have also decided to rearrange the home game against Manchester City which is now scheduled for Sunday the 29th of April at 2.15pm. However, as is the case with Chelsea this date is subject to change should Manchester City be scheduled to play in the UEFA Champions League the following Tuesday.

These changes, along with the being unable to play at home for the first four matches of the season fiasco, have meant the matchday experience for many fans, particularly those with young children who are after all the club's future life blood, has been less than enjoyable. Matches moved to a Sunday invariably mean those trying to arrive at The London Stadium via the Overground rail line invariably have to reroute using 'alternative means', furthermore moving a match from a 3pm kick off on a Saturday to an 8pm kick off on a monday means a large part of the home fan base are affected, let alone the poor souls from visiting clubs! Getting kids to and from the London Stadium on a school night is virtually impossible and therefore huge tracts of empty seats are noticeable which doesn't help with creating a hostile environment for visiting teams.

A quick glance at Hammers' fixtures will show that less than half of all home ties were played at the time and date originally set at the beginning of the season, in fact there have only been 5 home matches so far that have kicked off at 3pm on a Saturday with only 2 matches scheduled at home during March, as mentioned before no matches in April and just the 2 home matches in May. So all in all only nine games will have been played this season at the London Stadium that conform to 'normal' kick off times, no wonder that there is a 'discombobulation' of fans attempting to create an atmosphere when invariably the person next to them is someone who has purchased their ticket from ticket exchange or from Thomas Cook.

Fans were promised a unique matchday experience ahead of the move from the Boleyn Ground to the London Stadium, well it has been unique, where else would you get to see only half your home games at the proper time?
There is some interesting news about to break with regards to the London Stadium itself, and we shall bring it to you once all the 'legals' have been cleared. - Ed

Hammers Dodged A Bullett As Nasri Receives Six Month Ban

One time target of West Ham United, free transfer option Ex-Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has been banned from football for six months because of a drip treatment he took at a Los Angeles clinic in 2016, 30 year old Nasri took the treatment while on holiday, but it contravened World Anti-Doping Agency rules leading to a Spanish Anti-Doping investigation. Uefa imposed the suspension, which it says is open to appeal. Nasri is without a club having left Turkish side Antalyaspor in January and was supposed to be on a short list of free transfers along with Patrice Evra that David Moyes was looking at. The Frenchman received treatment from Drip Doctors a private medical company in his hotel room at the time he was on loan from Manchester City to Sevilla and posed for a photograph with the organisation's co-founder Jamila Sozahdah that drew publicity. Wada rules state there is a 50 millilitre infusion limit per six-hour period for active athletes but it was alleged he received 500 millilitres of hydration in the form of sterile water containing micronutrient components. In February 2017, a request by Sevilla for a retroactive therapeutic use exemption (TUE) for Nasri was refused by Uefa, whose decision was later upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Nasri played for Arsenal from 2008 to 2011 before moving to City for £25m, going on to win two Premier League titles during his time at Etihad Stadium, during his loan spell at Sevilla last season he made 30 appearances and scored three goals.
Imagine the furore that would have followed had he been signed by West Ham on the cheap instead of Evra?
