Okay we seemingly are stuck with Moyes until the summer but what then? i have been looking at our squad and have made a list of what i see as the deadwood and needs getting shot of and players i think we should keep....if all of it happened there is one hell of a rebuild job required and it does concern me that our current owners having had there fingers burned last summer if they are still our owners will think twice about such extravagant spending this summer to come.

Players to be released IMO

Fabianski/Cresswell/Coufal/Ogbonna(age)/Zouma(injuries)Kehrer/Lanzini/Soucek/Antoni/Ings.

Players to keep again IMO

Areola/Johnson/Aguered/Emerson/Fornals/Downes/Paqueta/Bowen/Benrahma/Scamacca.

and one player well rather the invisible man i am totally unsure as to which list to put him in and that is Cornet.

So who do you thinks the deadwood and the ones worth keeping.

Hammers65 coined the phrase now like many a conspiracy ancient aliens theorists does it exist? is it a real thing? lets look at the evidence.perfectly healthy physically strong athletes come into contact with the alledged phenomena suffer debilitating illness/injury that can last for 3/4 weeks or 6 months plus and even after recovery there is seemingly no immunity to it and it can return at any point only moving away can seemingly restore the person to full health! but what does seem strange is the ordinary man/woman(nope not going there with the rest of that shite)in the same area seem totally immune to its affect what is going on?one theory is if you do not earn in excess of £100 thousand+ a week you never in danger of being struck down by this mysterious phenomenon.....if you have any stories about this please send to Mulder&Scully research inc.

Darren Randolph has finally left the building, it is not his fault that the Hammers stopper was more wary of splinters from the bench rather than sprinters from the pitch! The ex-Republic of Ireland goal keeper was brought back to the club as a panic purchase and has rarely ever been used.

Signed for £5 Million from Boro, Randolph has spent more time on celebrity gossip pages as opposed to sports pages, his ill fated at the time attempts at looking after Andy Carroll were captured on ALL the front pages of the red tops.

The amiable keeper had a further 18 months left on his contract but it is believed only a token fee will be paid as the Irons do have an abundance of quality keepers available to back up Fabianski and Areola should they be needed.

Perhaps he will be able to nudge Neto out of the number one spot with the Cherries and re-energise his career, what ever way it does seem the best choice for all parties and we wish him well on the South Coast.

It Could Only Happen to......

WEST HAM UNITED, how many ladders have accidentally been walked under? How many black cats have been run over and how many mirrors have been cracked or broken? How many chain letters not sent on etc? You get the picture, other teams have injury crises, for example Chelsea are without ten first team players at the moment.

The Irons though are perrenial new signing injury sufferers, NO top flight club in the UK can possibly come near Hammers ludicrous tally of players injured before official debut, injured on debut or injured within weeks of signing! Virtually ALL of this season's signings HAVE BEEN INJURED ON A 5-10 scale, you couldn't make it up could you?

Maybe it's the old gypsy curse, but wouldn't it be worth doing some 'exorcising' instead of exercising at the club's training ground AND it's actual Stadium? Nothing else seems to work, the list is endless of players being struck down with all manner of injuries and has just been added to with news that Danny Ings picked up a 'knock' towards the end of the much needed 2-0 victory over Everton which saw Frank Lampard get the tin tack this afternoon.

As a result of the knock, Ings will be unavailable for the next three games, so much for competition for the strikers, unless it is competition to hog the physio's best beds? We are not sure who the club's insurers are but you can bet your Ivan Toney on them NOT EVER renewing their Hammers' Policies!

Perhaps the club will injure their next player in advance in order to get the formalities over and done with greater rapidity? - LN

Once again the infamous West Ham injury curse strikes again...only surprise is it was not the infamous "knock in training"......only we can sign a player and injure him inside 3 days you have to laugh i am surprised any player signing for us can get insurance!

Les Moves Back Oooop North!

Having been the butt of countless jokes and jibes from this site and many others, 'Les Balon' Dawson has finally made it back oop North! "The mother-in-law came round last week. It was absolutely pouring down. So I opened the door and I saw her there and I said, 'Mother, don't just stand there in the rain. Go home.'

Dawson was possibly West Ham United's best bit of business this century, nicknamed the Relegator' he had been relegated with West Brom and Watford, but after an initial loan spell he made the move from Vicarage Road to the as yet unnamed Stratford Stadium permanent in a £2.5 Million transfer.

Les quickly became a cult hero, leaving his mark on many an opposition player as well as sometimes his own! He played over 80 games and scored nine goals, more than a lot of dud forwards signed by the club in the past! Fans can only wish him well with the news that he has signed for Wolves for £3.5 Million.

The Player's desire to be back where his family live meant that Wolves were the ideal club for him, Hammers even made a profit on his sale, how often can that be said? - Ed

Wolves finally signed Craig Dawson, gone there for family reasons, but will be sorely missed imo. When he signed we all said "What!!" But talk about prove us wrong old school centre half in the 'ginge' mould....Always gave everything, always got stuck in & certainly caused a lot of chaos in opposing defences!! Great header of the ball from a corner & wasnt far off top goal scorer at times for us! Will always be respected by Westham fans for his efforts, wish him all the best - Ballon d'aws!!

Win against Everton suddenly the media will be all see Moyes is the man for the job he gets a stay of executuion and everything is rosey again three league games later a stuffing by barcodes a loss to the Spuds and oh yeah we cant win for toffee no matter how much we throw at it chelski and it will be mmmm time for a change maybe.

This has to stop i want us to win and win well today of course i do but even if we win by a surprising say 3-0 and that would be some surprise Moyes still has to go.Does anyone honestly believe he can motivate our players to get a point let alone a victory in any of those three league games that follow todays?.

So lose he gets sacked is the rumour but as a fan and like many a long suffering one i do not want us to get beat and if he is sacked how much pressure would the new manager be under with those three games in the league to start with talk about a catch 22 situation as Glenda would say.

Only West Ham eh
