  • Ings Ain't What They Used To Be!

    The 15th richest club in the World are currently trying to make a desperate attempt at staying in the World's richest League, that team is West Ham United and the 30 year old player they are after to help them surive is Danny Ings, who is a striker at Aston Villa.

    West Ham's young and hungry template seems to have been put on the back burner as the club scramble to ensure Premier League survival, Champions League aspirations have been replaced with Championship nightmares that have real potential of becoming reality.

    Whichever way you look at it, the Iron's dream of consistent European qualification is a busted flush at the moment and unfortunately the buck has to stop with the manager. David Moyes has looked beleaguered as he fends off questions as to why his expensively assembled squad is NOT firing on all cylinders!

    Far from strengthening the squad, the new additions seem to have sucked the life's blood out of the team. People are legitimately asking who exactly sanctioned the new players? Was it David Moyes, Rob Newman or the Board that pulled the trigger on such an extravagant recruitment plan.

    Of course injuries HAVE played a key part in this protracted season, but it is the same for ALL the other clubs, so why have the wheels come off the Hammers' bandwagon? Try as we might, the only conclusion we can come up with is that it HAS to be the manager.

    David Moyes has performed wonders for the club, but HAS is the operative word. Moyes no longer commands the respect he once did and is in danger of ruining his reputation if he remains in place, whether he admits the fact publicly or or not, he HAS lost the dressing room and the only outcome will eventually be his dismissal.

    Because of the amount of 'credit' he has in the managerial bank, Moyes WILL be offered the option of 'falling on his own sword' by resigning rather than being sacked, but either way it seems inconceivable that he will still be the club's manager by this time next week!

    about transfers. It seems Arsenal have made Deccers their main target trying to beat Chelsea, be interesting how Decs feels about that being a Chelsea fan would he be willing to go to their arch rivals. Also heard that Conner Gallagher, Zihich and another are targets of Newcastle. For me I think we could do some business here. Promise to sell Decs to them in the summer if they give us Zihich and Gallagher on loan then they can have Decs in the summer for both players and £40 million. We all know that he is going to go so why not use his sale to build up our team and I think both players will improve us. Just putting it out there to get other views.

    Ok i think we've all had our say on Moyes but what about the players? they have been sloppy lazy and just not interested since the season began and they need to question there professionalism IMO...yes teams can have off days and even teams who have good days still lose but when you do not even try and put some effort in on the pitch then why the hell are you out there? if they were as quick during the matches played as they are to jump on social media and try to make out that they are hurting like the rest of us we may be in a better position.

    They are the ones who take to the field every week and if it is not working then why the hell does the Captain not go to the boss and ask not demand but ask can we try something new as clearly what we are currently doing is not working and it is showing more and more each week the season drags on.

    But of course nobody wants to do that they just want to go on there social media and try and tell us fans that they are doing all they can and will keep fighting for us....what a load of bollox.

    If they were doing all that they can there would be improvement on defending throwins improvement on not getting caught out from our own Corners ffs it is all basic stuff yet the players cannot seem to do that....imagine your a builder and you kept failing each time you went to make a brick wall or dig out foundations etc how long would you be in a job? or would you be on social media spouting look i'm hurting like you are(despite the walls of your house falling down!)but i keep trying we will get it right blah blah blah. So as much as Moyes has to take the stick our Players and i mean every last stinking one of em deserve it just as much for not even trying despite there words that they say they are.

    How Long Has This Been Going ON? No not a song from one hit wonders ACE about a band member moonlighting with another bands, but a reference to Hammers appalling run of form!

    One point from the last seven games and a drop into the relegation zone ahead of a crucial meeting with David Moyes' former club Everton, who are below the Hammers on goal difference, is a scenario many never thought possible.

    Unfortunately the recent sequence of results are merely a culmination of months and months of accumulative poor performances that have now manifested themselves.

    The direction of where to point the finger of blame defaults to the manager, after all it is his job to get HIS players to perform on the pitch, that is what he is paid for isn't it? Perhaps it is an over simplification but it appears Moyes has become out of touch with the 'NOW' and much like 'Harry Ptter' at Chelsea has been found out.

    Playing out from the back, in Hammers' case invariably down the left flank, has become passe as teams have 'found out' those who play that way without a plan 'B' to go to. The fast counter attack style that West Ham championed for a couple of seasons was ironically highlighted and praised to such a degree by the media that the spotlight shone bright enough to show up the potential pitfalls such a style had, and so it has proved!

    Having been 'found out' on a regular basis IT WAS ASSUMED THAT MOYES WOULD CHANGE, unfortunately he hasn't, believing that what served the club so well for a couple of years would be good enough to keep their forward momentum going.

    Moyes has reportedly been given various deadlines, but defeat against Everton next week will surely see the rug pulled from beneath his feet. A 65,000 capacity stadium hosting Championship football would be an anathema for even the most loyal of boards, perhaps the players might even subconsciously want to lose the game in order for Moyes to go, Big Mikey Antonio surely thinks that way.

    Of course the next game will be the first at home since the passing of David Gold so any Moyes animosity will be put on the back burner as fans give Gold a fitting send off, but after that the gloves WILL be off and we at the Org don't expect Moyes to be in place for the next Premier League game against Newcastle away on the 4th of February. - Ed

    So Scamacca has not been that great and i see quite a few murmers about him being the new Haller etc but i am actually here to defend both players!

    Haller when we got him i was over the moon and in first few games he looked like a proper striker and once settled in would be banging in the goals....it did not happen and i like many were thinking ffs another overpaid donkey here we go again and his body language and attitude stunk the place out so that was the reason he had to go....but why the was he like that? he was banging in goals for fun before we got him soon as we got our mitts on him we ruined him....sold to Ajax at a loss and suddenly he's banging in goals again in the champions league running heading closing people down WTF hows that and whys that happened? you ask...Ajax sold him for a profit! to Dortmund and away he goes again and thankfully he has now recovered from his testicular cancer problem and seems on the road back to recovery........So a player who is clearly good enough but we could not get the best out of him or even try to IMO better off to sell than try and come up with a solution.

    Scamacca a young man who clearly also has the talent and you do not play as Italys number 9 unless you are able to but once again Cameo appearances and not getting the gametime to settle in flashes of his undoubted talent(calm down HG)but again his body language starting to show and he clearly looks lke a fish out of water at times but come on this Lad in my eyes clearly has something about him but for some reason we get our mitts on a promising player and turn him to shit.....if we sold him i have no doubt we will see him banging in the goals regular for someone else so lets not make the mistake again how about our Manager and so called coaches try something different eh.

    Wolves Hungry For Hammers

    West Ham's next Premier League opponents Wolves, have been showing more than an unhealthy interest in Hammers defensive stalwart Craig 'Balon Dawson' and 'unhappy' striker Michail Antonio. Dawson's desire to return oop north is well documented and it is accepted he will be back where his family are from sooner rather than later.

    Michail Antoinio's recent throwing of his toys out of the pram is a more recent development and the reasons behind his discontent are apparently multitudinous. It is hard to understand what Antonio's beef is. Does he resent another striker taking his place in the starting line up? If so he needs to take a look from the outside in to gain a better perspective.

    Antoinio 'saw off' Sebastien Haller from the club, but that was then and this is now, a couple of years is a lifetime in football, especially for a player the wrong side of 30 years old. It is totally unrealistic of Antonio to expect to be starting every game when the club have splashed out big bucks on a younger and fitter player in the same position.

    Antonio is on decent money at the club so perhaps the only reason he is seeking out is to pursue more game time, which is surprising given Hammers atrocious injury record, all big Mick has to do is bide his time and he will get plenty of opportunities to play.

    Either way, both Antonio and Dawson will be able to show case their skills to their prospective new club if they are selected to play, you never now, David Moyes might just feel warranted to NOT include either player in his starting line up, we will see on Saturday afternoon! - Ed
