News that MSG are about to build a massive ball shaped advertising tower in the Queen Elizabeth Park has gone down like a lead balloon with local residents, match day chaos which already happens would be added to and resources stretched to the limit will become even worse. Now interestingly one of the the people behind MSG is none other than Kia Joorabchian, he was part of MSI, you remember Kia he was the one planted Tevez and Mascherano at West Ham when he was trying to take over the club.

His presence seems to be always there or thereabouts when it comes to controversial West Ham decisions. MSI is a murky company from South America that specialises in buying players at high prices and then loaning them out to clubs in Europe in a scheme that has been likened to money-laundering.

Of course there's no actual proof, but generally there is no smoke without fire, over the last 20 years MSG has been involved in all sorts of football transfers and they have also being involved in several attempted takeovers, they are also rumoured to have been involved in the ill-fated super league proposal.

So in a way similar to the PAI group getting mixed up with the PAX group, MSG and MSI can be equally as confusing. MSG is a company formed when the Maddison Square Gardens corporation decided to sell off some of their assets and diversify.

Quite how they have gotten so far with their planned eyesore is on the face of it a mystery, except the body that approved the plans are the bankrupt owners of the London Stadium, they are obviously desperate to generate funds in any way they can.

Having inflicted a not fit for purpose Stadium on the nation, they now seem hell bent on inflicting a 24 hour blight on the community.....well done Mr Coe and pals! - Ed

We acknowledge that it is after all the 'silly season', but there is silly and then there's just plain stupid, the latter being a category that the Martin Braithwaite from Barcelona to West Ham 'story' falls in. The 'fantasy' story, if you are representing Barcelona, or the nightmare if you are a Hammers fan, is being continuously and erroneously reported and re reported by a steady stream of media outlets that should know better.

Lazy journalism that is being regurgitated is nothing new, and perhaps Hammers lack of transfer activity is partly to blame. West Ham have traditionally been a very good source of news, rarely positive and mostly negative, that was easily come by, especially during the 'Twins' early years'

Hammers have always received a disproportionate amount of news coverage compared to other teams of similar standing, so the lack of juicy gossip emerging from the club's 'Goose Green' training ground and the London Stadium has left many journo's floundering....some might even accuse others of printing mistruths or heresay if they have something relevant to report!

Reverting to the title, Braithwaite Barcelona Bull**** Again! Amusingly the 'purported price' being 'negotiated by West Ham with Barca has dramatically fallen, somewhere there is an agent playing with his Ouija board praying that he can 'lock into' Sully's mindset to get the deal over the line before Hammers 'real' head of recruitment takes over.

Hammers need for a striker is almost as well known as David Sullivan's 'transfer acumen, that is NOT to say that he hasn't signed the odd good player, it is just that unfortunately he HAS signed players who are odd, too frequently! Once the proper recruitment tools are in place, things should progress with more clarity and less claret & hugh! - Ed

With only three weeks remaining before the first home fixture of the Barclays Premier League, the 8PM evening kick off against Leicester City on the 23rd of August, fans still don't know where and in what form their season tickets are. London rivals Chelsea have already sent out their season tickets in the same format as the last real season, ie: a credit card type of ticket, the same as was used by West Ham since the move to the London Stadium.

As yet there is no clear indication as to what form season tickets will take for this coming season, and we would suggest the club is cutting it a bit fine with regards to their timing. How is it that Chelsea have already sent theirs out and yet Hammers fans have been left in the dark as to the whereabouts of their tickets?

Is it because West Ham have more season ticket holders than their London neighbours? The club had previously stated that they were awaiting instructions from the Government BEFORE deciding on the format, so who told Chelsea?

Little things, or big things like this, depending on how you perceive the club, just make everything seem amateur and are NOT necessary When we checked the unit price of printing cards it was less than 10p per card, including the security hologram, so for 60,000 season tickets the outlay is only £6,000!

OK there are postage and administration costs incurred, but surely the club needs to address these type of issues if it really is going to become a slicker and more professional outfit. Try wasting your money waiting in a club phone line queue for an eternity and see what you are told...

Well we did, and after listening to an atrocious version of Bubbles for what seemed like for ever, we were told that tickets for the first TWO home games would be downloadable to either a smart phone or be provided by email in order to be able to print off at home.

Why do the club need to wait for another two weeks ? it's a mystery! - Ed

Hammers lack of activity in the transfer market has gone from being a 'matter of some concern', into a full blown crisis! All the usual guff that emanates from the Hammers hierarchy is there in all but 'physical presence'. The board have realised that they can spew out their bovine excretia from a distance, preferably using a Patsy to verbalise their 'vision'.

In the past it was the 'West Ham Way', but not anymore! David Moyes is most definitely NOT a Hammers Patsy, far from it, in fact we have been told that Moysie and Sully have had one or two or three 'heated' debates regarding player acquisitions. So heated have some of their 'debates' been, that there was apparently the need to have a 'time out' from their discussions in order to avoid the situation spiralling out of control.

David Moyes Is NOT Happy!

David Sullivan and the Board tried to deploy their usual tactic of promising money but then saying the rug has been pulled from under them due to ......the list is endless, but Moyes isn't buying it. Moyes is particularly grieved by the constantly changing fiscal goal posts that has seen his transfer budget go from paltry to miniscule.

As usual the spin machine is in full flight with the usual ridiculously ridiculous speculation regarding this player and that, none of whom the club could possibly afford. There are two major issues evolving here, Moyes is not the type of character to kowtow to rich owners, especially if they aren't rich! The other salient point is that David Moyes is a rather wealthy man in his own right and as such cannot be bribed or cajoled by the Twins' filthy lucre, a situation they find hard to cope with.

We could publish a whole raft of stories about David Sullivan's early business enterprises and how he made them happen whilst skirting the edges of legal ramifications using similar principals to those currently employed in running West Ham, the problem is that the venerable Henri Brandman would be sending us a nice little writ in the post, as he has done in the past.

The next week may well turn out to be one of the most seismic in Hammers already turbulent history since the Twins took over, there bluff and counter bluff finally reaching someone who is resilient who cannot have the wool pulled over his eyes.

David Moyes was most definitely NOT most supporters first choice as a manager, even after rescuing the club from relegation, not once, but twice in quick succession. However he has won over the sceptics who now know that he is a decent man who actually really wants the club to do well, without a hidden agenda except maybe the desire to put one over on Manchester United, and that can't be a bad thing can it? - Ed
