Tell me this ain't true!!! FFS anyone but them (insert expletive)!! Why does this poxy club always manage to get one over us? They've had Defoe, Carrick, Parker, Kanoute and now Reid!! And on each of those deals we were effed overly financially so it's a double whammy!! If this turns out to be true then sorry but I'll want to see Reid injured in the closing stages of the season so that those lilyshites suffer some hardship. That's probably harsh but I'm sick of those (insert expletive) using us as their feeder club. Where do they get the balls??
If Reid and Valencia are sold by tomorrow night, have we got any one to replace them? Reading into Allardyce's post match interview it didn't appear that we have! Any thoughts?
Just as Nev gets the site back to normal and our performances, transfer targets and goodwill towards Sam start to evaporate. Reminds me of the old days :)

Does ANYONE (except Sam) think this is a good deal?
Hamilton Accies left back Stephen Hendrie has flown to London to hold talks with West Ham. Hendrie is out of contract at the end of the season and the 20 year old defender could agree a pre contract deal to join in the summer. Accies vice chairman Ronnie MacDonald (again no pun!) last week criticised the Irons, claiming that a transfer fee in excess of £2m had been agreed. He said Hendrie agreed terms but that West Ham did not complete the deal. MacDonald was less than pleased because a fee had been agreed with Crystal Palace for Hendrie, who is a product of the Accies' youth system, before the Hammers hierarchy had shown an interest. The Scottish Premiership outfit had been keen to sell during the January transfer window, rather than wait until the summer for the compensation that they will be entitled to because of the player's age. However, it now looks likely that the Scotland Under 21 international will remain at New Douglas Park for the rest of the season. Hendrie, who had also been linked with Celtic, made his debut for Accies aged 16 and has made 97 appearances for the club.
The impending arrival for the Boleyn's final season of a fine young defender with already plenty of experience is something west ham fans can be excited about, as opposed to signing injury blighted 30 year olds with no sell on value. Enough said! -Ed
