what a manager we have

Bilic what more can be said this man is a cool customer and clearly thinks before he opens his mouth unlike the chap who was in the dugout for some of the game today!.....we were all wondering who would play instead of moses would it be Antonio would it be Valencia well it was neither he played zarate and he was vindicated in that decision......I am sure those not picked would maybe ask why but zarate had to bide his time and have the odd cameo appearance and was rewarded with his start and repaid it with a goal...players are learning you will get the chance whoever you are he has no favourites except for payet and lanzini so perform and you start otherwise he will make a change no hesitation.
this is how to run a club and shows the players who is in charge but unlike that other idiot moanrino bilic is not blaming his own staff his players the car park attendant for anything that goes wrong(thankfully nothing major yet!)you win and lose as a team and clearly what we have right now is a manager and a team to be very proud of.

Carragher and the West Ham way

Anyone interested, Google the daily mail car rather. It should give you a page to a very good article from the squeaky scouser about what he thinks the West Ham way is. Sums it up perfectly. It makes our previous manager and old red nose look stupid in the way they say it's a myth.

Slaven bilic is no mug. Just loved the way you can't predict how he is gona go! I predicted he would bring back ogbonna this week his own man who he rates and obiang who he played against pool. No the man makes me look a fool by playing Collins a man he has played rarely and zarate when most were predicting Valencia or Antonio. Not only does he give confidence to the lads that if they play well they are in, but he doesn't rush players like ogbonna, Valencia and Carroll back until he is satisfied! And if that isn't bad enough he doesn't take a step back. Or crow like other dim wit managers when we win. It's like he is a silent assassin lull you in then rip you to pieces.

Michail Antonio It's His Time And It's Raining Strikers!

Victor Moses' unavailability to play against his parent club chelsea in this weekend's london derby against west ham, opens the door for Michail Antonio to make his full debut and show Hammers fans why the club shelled out over £7 Million for an as yet unproven winger/striker from second tier team Nottingham Forest. Some might question if Antonio can cope with the non stop relentless pace that is the Barclays Premier League, but nothing in his earlier footballing career suggests that he will not be able to survive and thrive towards the upper echelons of footballing greatness, such is his pedigree, he is a fighter as well as being an artist. West Ham manager Slaven Billic's only injury problem is the continued lack of availability of inspirational centre back Winston Reid because of a hip injury, but his place in the starting line up will be taken by the 'ginger pele' who is Wales international James Collins. Enner Valencia will be champing at the bit to start, but perceived wisdom is that he will be brought on later in the game to try and exploit his pace against an ageing Chelsea defence, so on the bench there could well be Carroll, Valencia, Zarate and Jelovic! Crikey Mikey, it's raining strikers!
