Having hosted three competitive matches at the London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth's Park, West Ham United have been the recipients of quite a significant amount of 'founders feedback stream' or FFS for short, with regards to the overall experience of seeing the mighty Hammers in their gleaming new stadium.
Well, there are many positives, however there are several negatives, least of all the detached ineptitude of some of those inaccurately labelled as stewards who look as though they have been bused in from the planet Zogg!
There are so many opinions to sift through, however the following one really struck a chord with us:

"The london stadium is very impressive and great progress has been made in the three games to have been played there, especially with regards to better signage and more informed stewarding, however I think the club have missed a 'trick'.
I worked as a recording engineer for thirty years before retiring, and on my first visit to the new Wembley for the play off final against Blackpool I instantly noticed that the crowd noise was being fedback through the stadium PA system, this contributes to the 'wall of sound' effect and greatly enhances the audio and viewing experience.
I respectfully suggest that the same approach is adopted for the London stadium, it would greatly assist the re-kindling of the old Boleyn atmosphere, after all, we don't want another Emirates/Highbury library."

It's not rocket science, the recycling of sound to boost the atmosphere has been used since before the Romans and right through to modern times via dictators and despots, it is what ampitheatres were all about. Anyone who has attended a West Ham United match at the London Stadium will tell you that the Stadium itself, access to it and it's surroundings are absolutely amazing, but the atmosphere inside during matches is very 'diluted' given the size and lack of proximity of the crowd to the players. By the time a chant starts properly it has fizzled out before it reaches it's zenith, it is something that did not happen at the Boleyn, so why not help things along? Some purists might say that recycling the sound of the crowd through the PA system is 'cheating', we would suggest that the 'cheating' factor in the Barclays Premier League has already been catered for in abundance by the continued tolerance of Chelsea's Diego Costa's exploits by the FA powers that be! Others would say use technology to the full, and exploit every opportunity that the state of the art facilities available at the London Stadium have to offer, if you buy a new car do you insist on having the second hand tyres from your old vehicle fitted to it? No of course not, and similarly who ever is in charge of match day presentation needs to ensure maximum 'bang for the buck' when it comes to the 'fan experience', we live in the modern age, it is time for those in charge to fully embrace it, after all, who wants to be a 'techy wenger?' - Ed
